I'm building a 3 car, detached garage here in middle Tennessee and I was doing a little homework and came across this site.
I'm trying to decide what to do about trusses. I haven't checked with Codes yet, but it looks like they may require me to get some kind of certification on the trusses. I just wanted to use a Common 2x4 , "w" style truss. I may opt for a Scissor Truss. It's an eaves entry garage.
