Recently, I got moved into my new shop at my house. Looking at my compressor, I see that it is a 3 wire while the plug wired up is a 4 wire.

In looking at where the plug is wired into the pressure switch, I only see spots for 3 wires.

Pressure switch/compressor plug:

4 Wire Shop Plug (HEMA 14*50 50A 125/250V)

I need help on figuring out how I need to wire up a new compressor plug for the plug or any suggestions.

Thanks, Chad

For your compressor you need two hots and a ground, you don't need the neutral. So, get a plug to match the receptacle and just don't hook up the neutral. It should be the white wire in your last photo but check to make sure.

Yup. You will use the black the red and the green.

Black and red to the two terminals on the pressure switch and ground to the ground screw on the pressure switch.
