Question for you guys. I have a 240v 6-30r receptacle with a 30 amp breaker in and Eaton arc fault 200amp service panel. I was going to install a new air 5000W heater that comes with the 6-30p on it already when spaced everything out. I am now looking at the King eco2S 2405. King says that these can be wired for a plug instead of hard wiring . They call for 10/2 in their printed material. I was wondering if I could use sjoow 10/3 instead For the fact that it would coil better? I don’t plan on permanently installing this as I would like to take it down in the summer months. The king actually draws less amps (20) so I know I’m good on the breaker. Thanks for any input.

10/3 SJOOW with the 6-30p would work for that. 5000 watts should have no trouble heating up that space.
that would be the spec for hard wiring as the ground's are not counted in building wireThey call for 10/2 in their printed material
for cordage the ground is counted, thus requiring 10/3
