240v plasma and air compressor plug delima

So my situation is this. Renting a house that only has 1, yes 1 120v plug in it. Well two if you count the one on the ceiling for the garage door. I haven't talked to the landlord yet about it beacuse I want to have all the information right and the modifications needed.

I'd like to run a 240 compressor and my 240 plasma at the same time. My plan would be to drop straight down from the main panel on the garage wall to an outlet. lease amount of cost and holes. The question is whats the best way to do two?

I'd also like to add another 120 outlet near that and run some 6/3 for some extra convience. I have one DP 30A breaker that I've used for my welder before that I can use. As much as I'd like to have more outlets around I don't want to get into the additional time and expense as well as might spook him to the idea. But as of right now productivity is extremely limtied. Which is annoying as one of the rooms inside that isn't used, maybe 10x15, has 5 outlets.

any guidance, personal experiances would be greatly appreciated.

Is the main panel in the house? or in the garage. If in the house, Does the main panel back up to the garage wall? If so, there are issues with wall penetration from both sides in the same bay between studs, due to the wall being a firewall. Others more knowledgeable can chime in with the best way to do this.

If the panel is in the garage, it will be easy to drop out of the bottom of it and supply another outlet or two. I would surface mount everything, assuming its sheetrock, should be easy to find studs and screw 4x4 boxes to the studs, You will end up doing some sheetrock work when you remove it, but not much.

thanks charles. Its in the garage with sheetrock. So droping down on a stud wouldn't be an issue. I'm just not sure what to do with two of them. Or if you can have two on the same stud, run two seperate wires or if theres one that could supply both. I don't mind leaving it as its benefits are worth it to me, or if he doesn't mind picking up the materials thats fine as well.
