how does $8525.48 sound? 24'x24x8' 4inch floor with fiber, includes osb and vinyl siding, metal roof, 2 9x7 doors with openers, 1 36" entry door, and 2 4'x25' sidewalks.

Where are we talking about? Here in Idaho that is very cheap I had a quote early this year for $13000, same size unfinished and unwired.

I priced this out recently in NY. I can tell you that a similar kit from my local lumber yard (without foundation or walks or electric) is $4500. That includes windows and a 32" man door. If you are going to get an alaskan slab, sidewalks and someone is going to build the whole thing for you....... that's cheap.
