This includes a 6/12 roof pitch, 2 windows, entry door, 18' wide by 8' tall garage door, insulation lights and outlets. I would like to have one buit for my parents summer house, which doesn't have a garage. To also have my Dad, brother and myself bring our rides up there. To put a cathedral ceiling in. This way I can put a four post lift inside and double stack the vehicles. Which would be awesome to have all 3 kept inside when we bring our rides up.

With all the information given you'll be in the $20-80k dollar range. Now if you can be a bit more specific on materials, roofing material, construction style, and infrastructure requirements, amount of site prep,, then you'll get a bit closer spread on the guess.

Yes I'll have a contractor build this. It'll be stick built. concrete flooring, roofing shingles, wooden siding, and 2x6 walls. The walls will have plywood same with ceiling. 9 dual plug outlets and 4 shop lights.

Ours will be about $10K in materials without insul, and with hydronic but otherwise pretty well the same. Contractor will likely double or triple that price. We are using shallow foundation as well which saves about $2K in concrete costs. Factor about 20% less as we are in Canada and EVERYTHING is more expensive here, especially materials.
