24x26 sketchy garage build!

Hi all,

I finally finished demoing the last wall of the previous garage that was here. Going to cutting the edges along the back & front wall next. Then pouring a new 6 inch edge. Not really sure how they did what they did but the walls were recessed into the concrete. I thought they may have had the building there before they poured the foundation but still cant figure out how the concrete got under the walls in some parts.

Last week was a big progress week. I dug the trench for the 2 1/2" conduit. The framing and sheathing done and I did the roof Saturday & Sunday. I kinda messed up the last ridge cap shingle but I think it'll hold... I hope.

Next up is putting an aluminum flashing on the "high" side of the slab as I've seen some water getting under the sill plate already. Then house wrap and lay the conduit.
