This garage was added on to an existing 24x35, so actually 24x75 overall. The old one is more of a carport for my fifth wheel, no wall/doors on the far end, but there is a 10x10 rollup in the middle. New rollup (shown) is 10hx16w with chain hoist. There will be an interior 12x23x8 "clean" room for computer etc, 2x4/drywall, nothing special. Pulling elec permit later this week, owner DIY, 200A exterior meter main, overhead entrance from nearby pole, outlets, high bay lights, welder, air compressor, and subpanels for "clean" room and RV. First big project will be frame-off resto of a 1997 F-350 super cab dually 2WD.
