Only certain items are probably eligible. That's how it was with the Makita deal...I was in the same boat as you...some Makita goodness in the cart, but discount wouldn't show and Amazon customer service told me it was only available on eligible items.

Yep, turns out the 2-pack of 18V XRP batteries isn't eligible. BUMMER!

Guess I'll go use a HF coupon at HD instead.
