I am looking for two people who want one coat garage floor coating systems and two people who want clear coat. 25% rebate for before and after shots. This is a new system, but not a new epoxy. We are using an existing coating of ours repackaged in a new kit

PM Me. First come, first serve.

Why do people reply with PM sent? Isn't it obvious to the guy when he receives the PM? I don't get it?

while this forum has always had a strong commercial vendor presence... this seems a bit over the top even for this forum... (and tells us their profit market-up is more than 25%)

It doesn't tell us there profit margin is 25%, they may be taking a loss(charged to the advertising department) to get some actual user feedback/photos that will bring in much more money and overall is a small cost compared to the potenial profit. Pretty common practice.

Remember the Lennox blade giveaway, obviously their blades are not free to them, so they are lossing money, but it gets it in the users hand and therefore they will be more likely to buy that brand.

Hi Paul,

I would lose money on each and every one of these sales after I figure in my shipping costs. My goal here was not market the product. The people in this forum have always been good to me. I wanted to offer this first to GJ members as a courtesy. If I would have offered it on my site and not talked about it here, there are a couple people here who would have given me a very hard time about it.

In any case, the post has served its intended purpose and if everybody takes advantage of it that says they will, I will be in good shape. I have no objection to the moderators deleting the post and I apologize if my post offended you or commercialized this site.

I don't care that much one way or another but most forums do not allow such type of commercial posts. Moderators and members get very upset. (I know!)

just takes some getting used to, I guess. Those sites don't want the 'vendors' getting the upper hand or dominating the forums. Again each forum is different. I've been tossed off forums for a lot less.....

I'm on several forums, relatively new here, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. And yes, I pm'd GarageFlooring. Thanks for an opportunity for me to save money. If people don't like what is posted, they have the option to not read it. Those posts questioning why someone would post "I pm'd someone" is just as out there as the original poster. JMO, if you don't like it, move on.

At this time I am going to close this offer. We have had a lot of PM interest and I want to give those folks a chance to get their orders in. All replies up until now will have the offer extended to them.
