I bought this building with the intent to make it my dedicated shop. Unfortunately life's other plans have gotten in the way. It is never assembled and sitting on a flatbed trailer. I have calculated plans, instructions and all hardware. It is the straight wall type with a flat pitched roof. Paid 6700 to my door and will sell for $4500.
