25 x 35 shop

It is stick built, 25 x 35, Hardi siding and trim with a 12 x25 loft. I had to get a variance due to a drainage easement in the back of my lot so I increased the size from 650 sq ft allowed and parking on a non hardened surface to avoid having to concrete a driveway.


I am still trying to get organized. I have a pickup I'm restoring in pieces and woodworking machinery on mobile bases.

That gambrel roof is great for a shop/loft, looks like a challenge to build. Well done.

Thanks, I ran the idea by my engineer. Framers were onboard and had it up in less than 2 days. The slab is thickened for a future 2 post lift.

The gambrel design matches the house design.
