Thought I would post some pictures of what will soon be my former place.
This is what the place looked like when I bought it in 2008:

Some specs:
Exterior Dimensions are 28'x25'
Walls are ~12' from floor to top plate.
Ceiling is a 4/12 pitch adding another 4' of height at the peak
The roof is a 8/12 pitch.
The doors are 10'x8' with high-lift and follow the roof tracks.
Slab is 5" thick with rebar enforced with 12" spacing
Slab is on 2" foam board with radiant heat pipes embedded in the concrete
Siding is Mastic Cedar Discovery Perfection in English Wedgewood
Roof is GAF Nantucket Morning.
