I was surfing the net and came across this site that has 261 garage plans. Definately worth bookmarking. Many of the designs have in-law apartments above. I found at least 10 that I liked. (no - I don't work for them)

I went through about 30 pages before I had to get back to work. By that time I found another 10-15 I really liked!

CraigFL - Panama city is wild. I almost moved there 20 years ago after spending spring break there. Nice spot.

I seen plenty that I liked if only I had the money to build it. A big persent of them you could just move into it. A good place to go when the little woman is not all that happy with you. Nice. Thanks for this site.

Here's another cool site with barn plans. I really like the Pine Knoll. I like having doors on all sides and room for a shop. The loft upstairs can be converted later.
