26x28x12 Garage Lighting Advice?

I am currently framing up my brand new garage! I am finishing the interior walls and ceiling with bright white pole barn metal panels. I'm looking for some advisement from the experts here as to what I should use for lights, preferably LED's, how many, and how they should be laid out on my ceiling. Ceiling height is 12'.
