Well, I have been pretty much lurking here since May. Figured I would start a thread earlier but *new/used home projects have been plenty and the Grrage has undergone a few small upgrades now, so I start the thread. Trying to do pics in chronological order.

First time to house before purchase.

All moved in with all my ****, then put some shelves up on the wall. . .

Then the fold down, work-table/bench. . .

and most recently got the cabinets up and finishing started on those.

and that is how she sits now. A mess that needs cleaned up and finished. Plans are to get the rest insulated and dry-walled before winter, and the 8 4ft. florescent lights up. Going to do a brushed metal *look on the cabinet doors to help them match the tool-box. Then hopefully before next year but probably not, get a finish on the floor.
My only other post seems pulled a question and I had even forgot I posted, but to answer the other member. . . .

Suprasman,
What's the front spoiler from on that previa and what did you do to lower it? Looks kinda cool for a minivan.

Both, but neither how it should be or will be done when I get a chance to do it right. Is ~2000-2001 Corolla front bumper cover, and in that pic there is about 1-ton of landscaping bricks in it. I am single and the van serves as my pick-up truck, lol.

Well going to go for now, will try to keep updates when they get done. (Yay I have my own grrage thread!)

Yeah my last garage was a complete mess, this one got partially there during move in but have since started organizing and getting the shelf and cabinets up. Plan is to get and keep as much as possible off of the floor, because 936sq.ft. is REAL nice. I plan on putting up a track and curtain to divide the single car area off for any painting or real dust causing bodywork, and if I get any large powder-coating jobs in (that throws some dust too, it is just more colorful). Had not really thought about a rack for the tires, well until now.

P.S.: Yup that is a Previa, the incredible inedible egg.

Is the garage attached to the house, hence the higher door and the lower door? What's behind the lower door...storage room?

Also in the second pic, what is on the foundation wall on the left that comes across and down to the floor? Is it poured concrete or something else.

As far as space, I'd love to have that much  I am finding that I am slowly running out of it. Well not slowly running out, I'm rapidly running out :lol_hitti

Kevin, garage is an attached, room behind the lower door is the converted *original garage, so that is a good sized family room. The taller door exits to patio area at the base of the deck. Pic below

The stuff you are seeing at the left is the block sealant from before the garage was there, that sealed the block from ground moisture. I plan on the drylock paint for that wall and all the base foundation blocks around the perimeter when it gets cleaned out, probably in the spring for the floor finish.
