I ordered 1.5 inch washed stone. uggg I wanted 1.5 washed limestone. my fault. this rock was a bit#h to move.

Thinking bout sheathing and bracing for winds. Wonder if putting my hip set trusses on before sheathing walls would be the route. Front header going up tomorrow. Ordered a 24 foot 2x6 for the top plate for the 16' 9" header. Tie it nice to the front wall. The pics make my walls look unlevel.

had 2 goals. Has to fit in w neighborhood / house. And do every last part myself. Chickened out on floating the slab (cost me $1900) and the shingling (costs me $1000) Under 30k so far. needs a driveway, power, and gas yet.
