2763 ruining sockets? is it me?

i'll try to post a video tomorrow however this has happened to my most commonly used sockets!
here's the skinny
I bought the 2763 around this time last year. love it, never let me down yet, love the battery life the power is worth the extra weight and it continues to impress with its every use.
however it seems like it eats the drive end up in my sockets
after heavy use my 1-1/8 shallow, 1-1/8 deep, 3/4 deep and shallow and my 1-1/2 deep well all still work fine however they run crooked on the anvil now.
the is my first high torque impact and my first impact sockets
the 1-1/2 is a Wright deep well and the rest are SKs
is this something that just happens to impact sockets or is my experience rare?

I believe impact sockets, being a bit softer metal do tend to wear at the drive end. My 21 mm and 19 mm are starting to show wear (think rounding of the corners) although not enough to effect there performance

Until they start not working right no biggie. It just happens with impact sockets. Warranty as needed

Well they drive just fine but it sure causes some wiggle on the gun when you've got a long bolt. And I know what you mean the corners of mine are all mushroomed out. Does this happen faster with a more powerful impact like the 2763?

I would guess so as it's pounding it hard. My chrome sockets are very hard on impacts
