28 X 25 Garage Concrete Pricing

I am in the process of getting my detached garage pad poured and have received a few quotes. The lowest I received for a 1 ft curb wall, concrete floor, gravel, re-bar and removal of debris has been $11k.. Does this seem like a reasonable quote?

Location : Calgary Ab, Canada.

I had a pad 40x40x6 poured last fall (just north of valleyview). It was $10 per square foot ($16,000) complete. That included all ground work materials and labour.
