used a 20mm socket today to take off lug nuts with those stupid caps on them that swell from corrosion building behind them. 23mm newer mazda rear diff check plugs, 28mm i use all the time from axle nuts on exgo golf carts. 7mm is common on ford interior fasteners and on gms sometimes. we rebuild subaru robin 2 cyl engines all the time (actually took one apart today) and the valve adjuster nut is 9mm
