28x34 Over and Under

Very nice, my shop us under my garage. Use the top for daily drivers, shop and tools are all underneath.

The upper floor is lightweight concrete on corrogated steel. Which is on top of LVL BEAMS.

Man that is sweet. Doesn't take up too much real estate and you still have tons of space. Best of both worlds for sure.
