2x4 grade for pole barn

Should I go with #2 grade or #3? Also first bundle they wanted to deliver had mold on most of the boards, is this ok?

If it's true mold then no that's a sign of decay and not acceptable.

You shouldn't have to spend time cleaning new wood.
