I have a chance pick up some 2 by 4 lights to put in the ceiling coming out of a building. They are 2 by 4 with 3 bulbs, possibly t8? what spacing would I need in a 12 foot high ceiling? 32x48x12. Light fixtures-120 V, 160 totall Watts, 2 by 4 layins(parabolic lens). Came out of office building, with 8 and 10 foot ceiling height. Any ideas would be appreciated. Price seems great, 200$ for 20
