3 1/2? wilton bullet for 100.00

I can buy this Wilton bullet vise for 100.00. I didnt think to measure the jaws but I think it a 3 1/2 model.
It has 835 on the jaw so maybe thats the model? It seems to work fine and has a swivel base. the only issue besides the price is one of the jaw inserts is broken and missing a big piece.
I would be buying this to resell whats the going rate for this size Wilton?
Size 10 1/2 sneaker included for size reference.

Lol I dont need another vise. I was only going to buy it if its worth flipping on craigslist. I just checked ebay and they are selling for 250.00 or so. I guess I should go back and buy it.
Are new jaws available?

I noticed the swivel jaw too. That's going to be the key piece. If it is just the jaw insert that needs replacing, that's a buy. If the swivel jaw is the broken piece, oh that would be a disappointment.
