3/4 Breaker bar.

I was looking at this Snap on breaker bar but I don’t want the head that goes on it.

I want a head that fits on it like this bull bar.

Does anybody if snap on makes one that will fit on it? Or if somebody else makes one that will fit on it? I am not seeing a lot of companies that make a 36" 3/4 breaker bar. I already have a 24" 1/2 drive no reason to buy a 24" 3/4 drive.

The snap on choices. The first one i bet is 13/16 if I need to I can get it machined out I will email snap on. The second one is the style i dont want.

Just get the L72ARL 30" handle for the first head adstock posted.

The handle you posted has a 15/16 Dia bar, These heads are more like 3/4.

I was looking at this Snap on breaker bar but I don’t want the head that goes on it.

I don't like that head either. I've broken several of them and the spare parts are way too expensive to keep extras of. I remember researching the "federal standards" strength of "breaker bars" a while back. Typically, a ratchet is stronger than the "breaker bar" and rated for more torgue. That makes a lot of sense, huh?

For the little 18" to 20" or so 3/4 drive breaker bar, I use a Proto. I like the heavily checkered handle and the cone shaped detent keeps heavy sockets from falling off. It's got a good spring on the hinge joint too. No floppy head.

For a "bull bar", I use a one inch drive Proto about 30 inches long, with the sliding head. J5885 and J5886 I think it is. The handle is an inch in diameter if I remember right. I slipped a foot or so of 1 inch heater hose over the end to increase the diameter and make it easier on the hands when pulling hard. I don't think that there is a man that ever lived that could break one of these without a cheater.

The "Head, Sliding T-Handle, Head Depth 2 5/16" by SO is 15/16.
SO discontinued the 13/16 series a few years ago.

Nice that is good news!
If I call snap on will they be able to confirm that this is 15/16 or can one of you guys ask your drivers? I dont have a driver.
