Anyone have any ideas on this one? Has a military green paint on it, heavy duty teeth and pawl mech. Havent used a micrometer, but appears to be 3/4" drive. Only numbers I can find on it are 12-SN stamped into the side of the pawl. Maybe designed to be used with a wooden handle, as the housing is hollow?
