At that selling price, I am not sure how much profit could be made. Also, if I am not mistaken, that is a ratchet adapter for tee-handles and breaker bars, not a torque multiplier.

Saw this set for sale by my house, was wondering if any profit could be made from buying it and selling the stuff. I know the ratchet and multiplier are Snap on but I'm not sure about the sockets and other stuff, it looks like they say Illinois Industrial.http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/tls/740708847.html

Looks a bit high priced to me.

1. It doesn't say what brand of sockets they are (Could be HF)

2. A torque multiplier is very expensive, but I don't see one. What I see is a Ratcheting adaptor.

3. The Ratchet doesn't look in very good shape.

They are more likely NOT impact either. 12 point is fairly uncommon for impact. The "multiplier" is a ratcheting adapter for a breaker bar. I'd say the ratchet is no more than $75, and the rat adapter is another $45. Talk him down, if you can.

Our local discount store sells IIT tools. Very cheap Chinese items. They have signs up everywhere telling people all returns are through the manufacturer. They say it about broke them before they did.
