Hey Guys,
Does anybody else have this? I bought one to do work on my 130 year old foundation and other misc projects in the future. I just spent the last 3 hours attempting to get the damn thing together. The directions are junk, the hardware is junk, and I think even the "line up here arrows" on the drum were put on in the wrong location. At least I could not figure out a way to get the paddles in there with the arrows lined up.
The directions say that the v shape of the paddles should be pointed in the direction of rotation which is stated as clockwise. When I start the unit up the thing turns CCW. Does it really matter what direction the paddles are pointed in? The rotation in the directions must have been wrong since it's an AC motor and only turns one way.
I found better direction online but it looks like it's for a different version of the mixer as the paddle design and a couple others are different.
I hope the reviews saying that this thing is worth the hassle of assembly are correct. This was almost as bad as the trailer I bought from them that had a million bolts.
Thanks,
OSSS
