This is a 3/8" drive Williams B-52EHA. It's in very good to excellent condition. No owner's marks.
If you do some searching here on the forum you'll see there are the same mechanism used in the Snap-on 936 series. When that series was replaced with Dual 80 ratchets, the 936 series mechanism was bumped down to Williams pearhead ratchets. It even has a Snap-on date code.
