Gearwrench makes one but it's not fine tooth. I use it with a swivel extension spark plug socket so everything is locked together and it works great for that purpose.

I have a fine tooth Proto like that. It even has a thumb wheel too. Craftsman makes one too.

Fully polished Craftsman Pro (not the raised panel) first thing that hits me. Much better made than the raised panel.

Do you have a Menards in your area? They carry the Allen brand of ratchets and sockets. They have a 3/8 and 1/2 drive flex with quick release.

Is there actually a difference in internals on these rats? Aside from the polish and handle shape they looked to be identical in all the parts that matter.

The internals are the same, I believe. Some members claim the case on the full polished ratchet is better machined, which makes it perform better.

I can't confirm this, because I've never used one.
