any one ever use one? good-bad etc. looks like to spray anything big you would need considerable lengths of extension cords. wondering about durability such as spraying pretty much continually for 6 to 8 hours steady? thanks

I have one and love it. It's the upgraded "plus" model or whatever they call it. It has the bigger motor and a longer hose.

I used it to paint my house and some outbuildings and had no problems at all. It won't keep up with a pro sprayer, but for the price I give it 5 stars.

thanks i was kinda wondering if they were anygood or just a cheap toy. i want to paint my garage and house -also three decks and 300 feet of 8 foot wood fence. if it will keep up with the steady spraying other than refilling the hopper i'll be happy as it claims to spray a gallon every five minutes.

Ive had my hands on a couple different wagner painters over the years, hope this one is better. The power painters ive used were a joke, just another marketing gimick

This isn't a buzz bomb sprayer. It's a piston-pump sprayer. At about $200, it fills the gap between the junk sprayers and $750+ sprayers.

The only drawback is that you do have to fill the hopper pretty often, as it only holds about 2 gallons.

I have heard the paintcrews work okay as long as you clean them thoroughly after you use them. I looked at buying one but found a good deal on a used Titan 440.

It is tedious to clean it properly, but that is the case with any paint sprayer. I always disassemble the gun completely and get all traces of paint out of it.

The instructions state to put a shot of light oil (3-in-1) into the pump after cleaning, as well as a few drops in the gun. I have always done this and have had no problems with it getting gummed up.

I plan to get a swivel fitting for the gun end of the hose, as it does not have one and I think it would be an improvement over fighting the torque of the hose.
