3/8" Hansen socket trays at Lowe's

I've noticed several local Lowe's stores have had the 1/4" Hansen trays on clearance for a month or more- I've seen them as cheap as ~$6 or so, but most seem to be sold out.


Tonight I found some 3/8" Hansen trays for $4.19 each. They only had the fractional (i.e.- no metric), but I'm 99.99999% sure these are made by Hansen.


I bought 3 for myself, and left several more on the shelf. I thought about buying them to resell, but after factoring in shipping, I didn't think it would be a hot seller.

I would but they're all gone now.

Besides, It's probably not really a great deal once you factor in shipping costs to get them to you- unless you bought several of them.

I got only 1 of the 3/8 drive but got 5 of the 1/4

gave one to my dad and may give a couple more to friends

they run 10-12 bucks each around here

Same price here too.

But, I'm thinking by the time you get some kind soul to buy them for you at ~$5 each, then pay shipping, you're maybe saving a couple of bucks at most.


Don't get me wrong, I'm as cheap as the next guy, but it just seems like alot of trouble to save a little money.

Not sure how this helps.

Those are the same trays that I mentioned in my original post.

I've since picked up some 1/4 trays at a different Lowe's on clearance too.


Petty4243 said he wanted some but there are no Lowe's near where he lives......
