3/8 hex drive set

No idea who made this.
Bought it because of the rotating grip extension. Any ideas?

Think I saw that one. It’s a real stumper.

The knurling is an odd mix of patterns. The sockets don't look the same, and the handled extension has two different knurls on it. Protruding bumps on the grip, indented bumps on the shaft.

Or maybe its the lighting of the pic.
