3/8" Hole Punch for Aluminum

OK SO I have to do some rivnuts 3/8" Holes into 1/16" Aluminum. Lots of holes about 1/2" in from the edge. Does anyone know of a tool that could easily punch these holes and 1/4" holes for the top plate to bolt down onto this? Thanks

Nevermind found one but out of stock which is fine since i don't need it for a month or so.

The Roper Whitney ** is about 4x the price, with one die set. Don’t know who is better, I have the RW 5jr, and have not used it yet.

The 5jr shows up on CL, but doesn’t have the tonnage of the **, which I’ve only seen 2x in the last few years.
