I just picked up some for a 1/2 from here. They are local to me, but I'm sure they would put some in an envelope. 3 sets in a bag was about $10. Or track down a tool truck, they have them also.

Ayuh,.... I just slip a rubber o-ring into the groove, 'n go to work,....

if, 'n when it breaks, throw on another one,...

You could go and get some piano wire (hobby shop) the appropriate size and make a split ring by heating it up to bend.

I'm in need oh a 1/4 hog ring for my little snap on all the sockets just fall right off I wondor if it's possible to just stretch it out again as its smashed in but still looks good or is it toast i bought it used from the snap on truck for $100 with a battery and only tried it once and found the issue.
