3/8" Impact Parts

I have a CP-725-S 3/8" impact wrench, which is made by Chicago Pneumatic (HF). Actually a pretty good gun, but I lost the clip that holds the socket on. Tried an o-ring, and it works better, but I'd like to find the right part.

Anyone now where to locate something like this? Tried the local hardware stores, but nothing ...

When installing, just use a flat surface and roll the ring onto the anvil while pushing down with the tip.

Just fyi, Chicago Pneumatic is not HF. HF developed Central Pneumatic, I assume to try to mislead people into thinking of CP, as CP has been around for many years and at one time was the leader in the professional mechanic market.

Hf is central pneumatic. They also have Chicago electric which makes things confusing. I've never used any of their tools but Chicago pneumatic has a good reputation.

Should have an O ring with a hog ring over it. Kinda a pain to replace. Had my SO dealer do my battery gun a couple weeks ago and I think he lost an o ring and a hog ring while trying to get it done. He's been doing it a long time and it still took almost 20 minutes. Well worth the $2 he charged me IMO.

As stated above, Chicago Pneumatic are different than the HF knockoffs. I'm pretty sure my older MAC impact was re-branded from them.
