3/8 impact set recommendation?

Hey guys. Looking for a 3/8 metric impact socket set for the cordless impact I'll be purchasing within the next few days. I'm looking for something in the 15-30$ range, nothing more. I found an ingersoll sk3m10 (9-19mm)and gearwrench 84911 (8-19mm) set for 28$. For 18$ I found an advance tool designs atd 2301 (7-19mm). Also found a grey pneumatic 1213m (7-19mm) set for 28$ as well. The last two being the larger of the sets.

Are these available for less than 30? I have a 1/2" gun so I'm mainly getting the sockets so I don't beat up the anvil. I mean I don't want fat crappy cheap sockets but I don't need super expensive right now.

Probably not $30 anymore. #3655 and #3657 are metric shallow swivel sets. There may be a better deal on swivels out there, but the Sunex are very good.

+1 on genius set, comes in a nice tray that you can grab and go, will cover mostly everthing, comes in both crome v and chrome moly

Doesn't HF have 3/8 impacts? From what I've learned and read, impact sockets are almost the same across the board.

For impact sockets on the cheap, sunnex is hard to beat. I have several sets, never broke one. An added bonus, as far as impacts go, they are very thin wall.

You sold me I'm buying the gun for under the hood stuff, and some of the stuff I had in mind a hunky socket wouldn't work well for. I wouldn't have minded putting a reducer on the gun but the sockets I have are fat as well, not that i use a 10mm with my IR W7150. That's NOT a good idea lol.

Sunex makes great impact sockets. They are thin too. Pretty much just as thin as craftsman chrome sockets.. if you have the money get the universal sockets..

HF impacts are one of the better ones out there. I have a ton of impact stuff from Matco, snap on, cornwell, and HF. I always go to the HF first. Everything in the trays on either side is HF. In the middle is snap on, matco, and cornwell.

My sets are a mix of Ingersoll Rand, Sunex, Gearwrench, Armstrong, and Williams Taiwan. All have been great, the Armstrongs are a little thicker walled than the rest. In my experience you can't go wrong with any of the IR, Sunex, GW or Williams sets.

It's never an easy decision to make around here.

Cripe Distributing had a bunch of Armstrong impact singles very cheap on their eBay store. I'm not sure what's left, but I put together almost a complete set of 3/8 shallow and deep, filled in the gaps on Amazon. I've also got Gearwrench impacts and am very happy with them too if you catch a good deal. Maybe use one of the Advance Auto Parts codes?

Shipping always looks excessive on the Cripe ebay page, but if you commit to buy and request the actual shipping amount, it's WAY cheaper (I usually pay $10-14 for HUGE orders).
