3/8" internal to 1/4" external IMPACT adapter

That is not a common impact adapter but I think it can be had. I found a sunex sun3303 online at advanced auto parts website for about $6. I am sure sunex is not the only brand. For 1/4" impact sockets it would be best to be using a 1/4" electric or air impact, the 3/8 impact on tiny fastners would be way overkill.

I've been using the snap on one since I started my new Job about 2.5 months, on a regular basis, to turn my 3/8 lithium impact into a nut driver and it works well for me.
