Does anyone make a high flow v style fitting with 3/8 npt thread? I can't seem to find one on Milton's website. See picture for what I'm looking for. I'd like to get v style so I get Max room air flow out of a 3/4 in impact wrench. Thank you

If you can't find one, have you considered a whip for your impact gun? Much more flexibilty but storage wise when not in use is less convenient.

I've never had good luck with swivels when I used them, none of them ever lasted very long for me. But then again I would never buy expensive ones. I don't use air impacts or ratchets anymore so no longer an issue for me.

Edit: Pic below isn't showing one but they make whips with a swivel built in.

OP, are you looking for a swivel or not? You didn't mention it in your description, you just said you're looking for a v-style plug with a 3/8 thread, but you included a picture of a swivel fitting.

We had these for testing and they worked great. At the time, I think they were made by Atlas Copco (?) but it looks like CP has the rights now. If you want max flow, these are it. Available in all common sizes. They were stupid expensive IIRC, so likely not an option for most people. A whip makes more sense.

The Astro high flow 3/8" swivel scored well on the YouTube show called Torque Test Channel. I have a couple that are attached to my 1/2" impact wrenches. I am happy with their air flow performance and flexibility.
Does your 3/4" impact have a 1/2" air inlet or 3/8"?

Here is the episode I was thinking of.
I have to do the buffer tank method occasionally, as my work area and compressor are distant and fed by a 3/8 hose.
You should get optimal power by using a 1/2" hose with your larger impact. The swivel may or may not be your limiting factor.
