3/8 Snap on ratchet head on matco locking handle?

I saw an old listing for a pawn shop having this contraption unfortunately had sold quite a while ago. Just wondering if anybody has made one? Looks like it has the advantage of the Snap on head with the better locking mechanism of Matco.

The Matco locking handle wouldn't work with a Snap on head. The Snap on head lacks the grooves at the base of its head that the locking lever on the Matco handle locks on to.

All the way to the left. I believe it was the older Snap-on locking Style that they used.

Less Back Drag finer tooth count feel and a lot of people don't care for snap ring style ratchets.

The width of the fork tang on the Snap-on is narrower. If you look closely at the picture, they have inserted shims on both sides.
