3/8” to 1/2” adaptor extension

Does anybody know of any company that makes a 3”-6” 3/8”f to 1/2”m impact extension? Looking for one to use with the 3/8” impact and my wheel flip sockets.

Where can you buy one of these Apex adapter impact extensions? On the apex bits site the minimum quantity order is 12. Looking at item EX-507-B-4.
