3 car garage to Man Cave conversion

I have been lurking for a while but finally have decided to post something here.
I am finally able to build out my detached 3 car garage!! Unfortunately I am stuck as to how to lay out work benches, cabinets, flat screen, air compressor, etc.
I have a Harley and so the main theme of my "Man Cave" will be Harley Davidson.
I am working on design 1st to follow up with electrical layout and install, insulation, sheetrock, cabinets, work bench, paint and epoxy floor as well as airconditioning (I live in Houston with brutal summers).
I have seen a lot of good ideas but so far I have not been able to pull them together into a design that I want.
Anyone in the Houston area that can lend a hand with design??

As far as the layout I like to use graph paper. Draw out the floor pan, then cut out everything that will go in the garage, you can rearrange however you want to get a feel for the space and how it will work. For the design, it will come to you or you'll know when you see it.

I actually live in Friendswood, Texas.
--The tax man might have just derailed my plans for a while. In the mean time I will start buying electrical supplies (I already have a 60amp subpanel on the back of the garage), the mini-split a/c, epoxy for the floor, etc.
I do need to layout the garage on graph paper and see what I come up with. I will post it on here (as soon as I figure out how to) for suggestions to improve.
