3 car tandem layout?

I closed on a house today, going from an extended two car detached to a three car tandem attached.

Wife and I want to use one spot for her car, one for “shop” space and one for a home gym. Right side is double deep. Initially I thought gym in back right, but tools etc by the front might invite theft vs gym equipment. But if the gym goes up front I’ll have to swap the door tracks for a high lift setup.

Ideas/pics?

I would do whatever the missus wants to do. In the long run it will be better for you.

Join a gym and make use of the extra space with a car or larger shop.
