I have no idea what your asking. Some of the houses I looked at have "3 car" garage that were maybe 15 deep deep and 25-30 feet wide.

Hardly a 3 car in my book. But it had a double door and a single... so 3 car I guess.

i am looking for pics or designs that some of you may have done in a "tandem" 3car garage? it is a garage that looks like a std. 2 car from the front outside, but in front of 1 of the cars there is space to "park" another vehicle like nose to back. it is a unusual configuration, but alot of the newer houses out here are setup that way....

thanks!!!

Some of the houses out here are actually doing "split" 3 car garages! A 2 car garage on one side and a 1 car garage on the other... I was like "wth?".

I never really considered a 3 car (2+1) tandem as a "real" 3 car garage. More like a 2 car garage with a "workshop" in the back. Which is appealing to me with all the floor mount power tools I have...

My Dodge Ram fits in my 3 car garage (click signature for pics), but just barely. That has more to do with how I arranged my wall cabinets. I only have a few inches fore and aft of the truck, so it is a bit time consuming actually parking it in the garage.

Suprasman,
What's the front spoiler from on that previa and what did you do to lower it? Looks kinda cool for a minivan.

I didn't even bother trying to use my front space for a car. I just turned it into my workspace with cabinets, my rolling toolchest and slatwall.
