For those of you that are wondering about targeted offers: they should normally appear as a banner on your "My eBay" page as well as the eBay home page. You should also normally receive an eBay message alerting you to the fact that you have an discount code available. If you have never received a targeted offer you wouldn't know that! So it might be a waste of time to input the coupon codes if you don't see the targeted offer after logging in to your account.

On the other hand, this "PERFECT3" promo does not appear as a banner but seems to work for most (all?) accounts after being applied to a cart. So maybe sometimes a coupon code will work even if there is no banner displayed. Who knows?!
