I used this on the 25th and it showed my discount but my paypal was charged the full amount. When I look at the sale on "my ebay" it shows full price until I click on the sale, where it shows the discounted price. I don't see any way to email ebay about it, to get my $3 back.

With coupons like this PayPal credits you the $3 then takes it back
