3 phase panel question

My 3 phase equipment seems to be reproducing. I started with a table saw and now have 4 more machines to add.

I built a 3 phase rotary converter out of a 35 HP, 240v, 3 phase motor. It works fine (about 10 years now). I need to expand to 5 circuits and need a distribution panel. I see some panels listed as 120/208/240/277/490v But this one says only 120/208.

Can this panel be used with 240v?

Yes it can but why use a Government Electric panel? GE *****.

Thanls for the reply. It's fairly cheap on sale. Understand and agree with the government issue.
