3 sided equipment shed plan

I am starting to plan my 30x60x14 3 sided machinery shed. I have seen a bunch of free plans from the universitys but what i am looking for is drawings that have a material list with them. Does anyone know where i can look at them and they still be free? So far i have gotten a estimate of $12k-$13k for it to be built. I am hoping to be able to find plans with material list and price it out cheaper and i build it myself.

Location? Different lumberyards different parts of country. Carter Lumber has a good
material and building software takeoff program so you can walk through the build, item by
item. Menards may have a similare takeoff program. Other suppliers will take your plans
and do a free takeoff for you.

eastern nc. We only have a few lumber yards around. Lowes, Builders Discount and Griggs Lumber
