3 unknowns to think about

#1 3" bicycle wrench. One side marked Made in USA. Can't make out the logo on the other side. Something ____brook? Could be a bike brand name?
#2 another bicycle wrench. Can't find info on C. Mfg. Co. Adjusting nut modified for quick slip back and forth?
#3 Unknown maker. M in an octagon box?

#2 has the hook like a Charles Hall. A picture of the whole wrench might help.

#1 is 3" closed. #2 doesn't look like a Charles Hall.

Thanks for the help. It sure looks like the Charles Hall. The C.mfg. marking is still a mystery.

This reminds me of a handle for a gas shut-off valve, it was held on by a washer and cotter pin.

I would agree it's a valve wrench. More interested who the maker might be.
