Hi all, I recently purchased this bandsaw and one of my employees unhooked everything to move it and did not label anything. The panel on the machine is still hooked up but what I do not know is how to wire the loom to the motor. All wires are black. There are 3 wires and a ground in the loom and 3 wires coming out of the 3phase motor. Does it matter which wire goes where to the motor?? See pictures attached. Thank you for any help you can provide

Three phase motors are so simple, no start switch, no start winding, no start capacitors, no having to pick out which of 8 wires to swap to reverse. Just swap any two of any of the three wires. Since three phase doesn't have all those parts the motors are more reliable.

Sometimes that's the case. I have one at home that is 240/480 and when I got it all of the wires were loose hanging out of the p3ckerhead. Never messed with it, since I have other motors, but one day, I want to have a look at it.
